Although in a slight dip, there are plenty of views, in particular of the |

The homes are situated on small plots, either laid to grass, hard standing, or a combination of both. There is a mixture of car parking spaces at homes, and in common areas. |

The homes are either traditional caravans, or newer park homes – which are pre-fabricated, factory built. They are all single storey – minimising the effect on the landscape. The newer park homes are constructed to BS3632, and are connected to normal services such as water, electricity, gas, telephone, drains and sewers. |

| Homes are generally of timber frame construction, stipple finished, and with uPVC windows. |

Generally pitch tiled or flat roofs. |
